For the sixth time, Precis has been recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a 2026 Best Place to Work in the large-sized company category.
The annual Best Places to Work program recognizes the region’s top employers in partnership with Quantum Workplace. The 2026 list includes 80 companies, evaluated and ranked entirely on employee survey feedback measuring a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. The list represents companies where employees willingly go above and beyond, advocate for the organization, and intend to stay into the future.
Precis employees shared:
“Management is approachable and appreciative for what the employees do on a daily basis.”
“I have been mentored, promoted, and given responsibility engineers my age don’t usually get.”
“I absolutely love working for Precis! It is the most well-rounded culture with which I have ever worked.”
“Precis is proud that our employees express trust in senior leadership and satisfaction with both the work they do and the culture in which they work,” said Chief Financial Officer Angelica Biehl. “It’s an honor that reflects our ongoing commitment to cultivating a positive, people-centered workplace.”
The Precis culture thrives with a balance of meaningful work, professional growth opportunities, and community connection. At Precis, being a great place to work means creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work. We are honored by the recognition and the positive endorsements of our employees.
