Angelica Biehl provides decision-making and oversight of all financial and accounting activities and leadership for Precis back-office functions including information technology (IT), human resources (HR), risk management, and infrastructure. Angelica began her tenure with Precis as Corporate Controller in 2021 and was promoted to CFO in 2024. In 30+ years of financial management experience for industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy conservation, and food and beverage, Angelica has supported rapid growth with stability.

A native of Colorado who grew up in an active farming and ranching family, Angelica rides horses as a hobby and a volunteer commitment. She has spent nearly two decades as a therapeutic horseback instructor for children with special needs through Special Equestrians in Warrington, Pa., and Ivy Hill Therapeutic Equestrian Center in Perkasie, Pa. For over 25 years, Angelica has volunteered every Sunday at Ivy Hill Post Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cheltenham, Pa., supporting residents with group therapy, advocacy, social engagement, and friendship. She also enjoys running, hiking, and learning about history.
