Precis maintains an unwavering commitment to safety as a core value of our work. We’re dedicated to upholding and continuously improving safety standards – beginning with management and extending to our teams and the clients and communities we serve. Designing with safety and operational excellence in mind is central to who we are as a company.

All Precis employees, excluding back-office personnel, maintain OSHA-10 or higher safety credentials.

Both Precis offices follow a secure visitor check-in policy, requiring compliance with security protocols as defined by Department of Defense (DoD) Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Program Levels 1 and 2.

To provide thorough, objective, and consistent evaluation of our company safety performance, Precis participates in the Highwire Safety Assessment Program, conducted by the Highwire platform for builders and owners of capital projects, to review a company’s historic and current safety performance.

Precis earned the 2025 Highwire Platinum Safety Award, a designation fewer than 5 percent of the 50,000 participating companies have received. Platinum status is awarded to companies that score 95 or above in the safety assessment. Precis earned an overall score of 95/100, with perfect scores in the OSHA Experience, Advanced Initiatives, and Program Elements categories.
