Precis is pleased to announce the promotion of David Bock, PE, LEED AP, to Director – Project Management. This role extends his oversight to project management operations, financial performance, quality control, and staff development.

Bock joined the Cary office in 2019, previously serving as Project Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer. With over 15 years of expertise, Bock has led mechanical engineering projects, maintained client interactions, and excelled in the design of energy-efficient and dependable mechanical systems for life science, higher education, mission-critical, and commercial facilities. Over the past six years, he has managed an array of projects and contributed to growing the Precis Cary team and its presence in North Carolina. His comprehensive project approach and collaborative, cross-functional skills have produced efficient and effective solutions for clients.
Bock holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is a member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) Carolina-South Atlantic Chapter and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Triangle Chapter. He resides with his family in Cary, N.C.
