David Bock, PE, LEED AP

Dave Bock leads the Precis North Carolina project management team, collaborating seamlessly with the Pennsylvania office while supporting regional growth. He joined Precis as a project manager and senior mechanical engineer in 2019 before being promoted to director in 2024. In 15+ years of engineering and project management experience, Dave has designed and overseen construction of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and higher education facilities and is well-versed in a variety of mechanical utility systems.

A natural relationship-builder, Dave takes pride in turning clients into long-term partners and, in many cases, friends. His clear communication style, collaborative approach, and strong construction management skills help deliver projects that are efficient, well-coordinated, and successful. In the office, he fosters a relaxed, supportive culture where people enjoy the work and feel part of a close-knit team.

Dave is married with three elementary school-aged kids, so his free time is mostly spent shuttling between sports and dance. He has played golf since the age of four and enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and traveling. Although he grew up a Flyers fan in the Philadelphia suburbs, Dave and his family now cheer just as loudly for the Carolina Hurricanes.
