Todd Rohn, PE

Todd Rohn provides leadership and oversight of the mechanical engineering department, with responsibility for overall operations, quality, and performance. He joined Precis as a senior mechanical engineer and was named a director in 2024. Todd’s 24+ years of experience include comprehensive engineering for critical operations facilities, with deep expertise in the design and application of complex systems supporting pharmaceutical, life sciences, and other highly regulated environments. He has expertise across both GMP and GLP regulatory frameworks.

Early in his career, Todd worked on large-scale commercial projects before moving into specialized cleanroom engineering. This combination of experience provided a strong foundation in constructability, coordination, and understanding how early design decisions influence long-term performance. Since joining Precis, Todd has focused on providing leadership that supports both technical excellence and a strong group culture. He emphasizes creating an environment grounded in clarity, trust, and support so teams can consistently deliver high quality work on complex projects. This focus supports reliable project outcomes while enabling individual growth and long term contributions to the firm. Todd also takes an active role in the industry and participates in multiple professional organizations. He has presented at industry conferences, including INTERPHEX.

Outside of work, Todd values time with his family and is often found along the sidelines of the soccer pitch with his wife, supporting their teen son.
