Tim Lisle leads process design efforts for complex pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects, focusing on front-end engagement with clients and working closely with other Precis engineering and architecture disciplines. In 35+ years of architectural experience for the life sciences, technology, industrial, and public safety markets, Tim has built a reputation as a creative problem-solver, collaborating with clients to fully understand their needs and resolve the most challenging design issues.
Tim spent his youth working in his father’s construction business, developing an appreciation for how commercial projects come together. As an architect, he has been involved with every phase from master planning and conceptual development through design and construction. He encourages those around him to seek technical expertise from colleagues, believing that insightful, integrated solutions can come from simply walking to another desk and having a conversation.
Married to a fellow architect, Tim and his wife have three grown daughters and four grandchildren. He serves on the Lower Merion Township Uniform Construction Code Appeals Board, on the Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia Repair Committee, and as a visiting architectural critical at Drexel University, Temple University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of professional commitments, Tim enjoys playing squash.
