Kyle D. Litzke, AIA, LEED AP

Kyle Litzke provides principal-level leadership for the architecture and interiors group, supporting design staff and clients during all phases of a project. His technical skills in detailing, building and life safety code analysis, project management, and consultant coordination lend themselves to complex master planning and building design projects. An architect with 30+ years of experience, Kyle excels in visualizing a client’s ideas and shepherding them through construction administration. He believes strongly that client involvement is key to project success.

Growing up with a contractor father, Kyle’s earliest memories involved construction. He combined an interest in how things are built with an artistic side. Studying abroad in Rome during architecture school became the culmination of how he perceives architecture – as a lasting legacy of creativity and craftsmanship for people and communities. Kyle was a former partner of Arcus Design Group who appreciates how the interdisciplinary nature of Precis fosters collaboration and new approaches to design.

Married with two high school-aged kids, Kyle and his family enjoy spending time at their beach house in Brigantine, N.J., or traveling together. A past coach and lifelong sports fan, Kyle enjoys playing soccer and golf. He is a past member of the West Conshohocken, Pa., Planning Commission.
