Kevin Hollenbeck provides strategic oversight for the design and planning of life sciences buildings, leading teams through the project life cycle from concept to completion. He establishes the creative vision and guiding principles so that the team can proceed with technical documentation and regulatory compliance. An accomplished architect with 15+ years of experience, Kevin works closely with clients to align their goals and needs, and to create architecture that exceeds both.
With a family that stretches back three generations in the building trades, Kevin has always felt a personal connection to construction. He’s passionate about LEAN construction methodology to drive efficiency and quality and has introduced the subject to design teams via multiple industry events. He is a frequent speaker and panelist on topics including successful presentation strategies, effective composition and organization of construction documents, and mitigating risk in early-stage design development.
Kevin is married to a fellow architect, and they have two elementary-aged children. A second-degree black belt in karate, Kevin spends much of his free time training and supporting his kids and others at his local karate studio on their karate journeys. He also enjoys golfing, hiking, and playing the occasional video game.
