Josh Hirshenhorn

Josh Hirshenhorn is a customer-centric sales leader with over 15 years of business development experience. He offers extensive technical background in the regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences markets, and is known for building long-term partnerships and aligning resources to support business and quality objectives. As Director – Business Development, Josh drives company growth, expands market presence, and collaborates with Precis marketing and technical teams to support new and existing relationships.

Formerly a northeast regional sales director for an environmental monitoring company, Josh worked in parallel with Precis for several clients, building respect for how the company treats its vendors. His entire career has been spent in the life sciences community, and he appreciates the opportunity to contribute to projects that shape life-saving therapies and positive outcomes. Josh’s sales approach balances respect for data and enthusiasm for learning with genuine warmth and personal relationship-building.

Josh and his wife are high school sweethearts. He keeps busy driving his two young daughters to activities and coaching their Lower Merion Little League and Main Line Girls Basketball teams. Josh also plays in a men’s basketball league (he’s confident he has the best jump shot at Precis), enjoys golf, and likes spending time with family and friends – often over a beer or basement karaoke. A big Philadelphia sports fan, Josh has held Sixers and Phillies season tickets.
