Precis Hires Bob Metz as Project Executive

Precis hired Bob Metz as Project Executive. Metz brings leadership and high-level project management skills to the firm.

In his role, Metz serves as owner’s representative for key projects, leading them from initial business case through construction and ensuring alignment between finished projects and client goals. Metz also leverages his extensive experience to advise and fortify project management operations within Precis.

Metz has over 30 years of experience providing leadership, project management, and strategic tactical planning within the pharmaceutical and real estate markets, as well as for the U.S. military. His areas of expertise include overseeing space allocation and optimization, budgeting, and major capital project management. Most recently, Metz served in multiple capacities overseeing real estate and project development for Merck & Co., Inc.

Metz holds an M.S. in Management Engineering from George Washington University and a B.S. in Operations Research from the U.S. Military Academy. He lives in Harleysville, Pa.
