Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal has honored Precis Engineering + Architecture with four Best of 2025 Awards.
The program recognizes projects, personnel, and companies throughout the real estate, design, and construction community. The awards are published in the March 2026 edition of the newspaper.
The Subbio Plastic Surgery Center in Newtown Square, Pa., was noted in the Best Medical Properties category. The 5,000-sf design and construction project reimagined the client experience, blending luxury, innovation, and artistry.
The Miller Chemical Innovation Center in Hanover, Pa., was included in the Best Architecture category. The first phase of a holistic campus redesign, Precis provided architecture and engineering for the 6,000-sf R&D facility.
Precis was also honored as a Best Place to Work and noted for Best Giving Back for our commitments to our team, the community, and charitable organizations.
“We are proud to be included in four categories, and we commend all of this year’s winners. The recognition demonstrates our dual commitments to serving clients with innovative architecture and engineering and to supporting the people on our teams and in our communities.”
