Precis Named a 2025 Best Place to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal

Precis is proud to be recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a 2025 Best Place to Work in the large-sized company category.

This year’s list honors 90 organizations across the region for exceptional workplace cultures, based entirely on employee feedback collected through a third-party survey administered by Quantum Workplace. The survey evaluates key aspects of company culture, including communication, trust in leadership, employee engagement, and benefits. This marks the fifth time Precis has received the Best Place to Work distinction – an honor that reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to cultivating a positive, people-centered workplace.

“Being recognized once again as a Best Place to Work is especially meaningful to our organization since it is directly based on our team’s feedback. Precis knows that culture is built over time – not simply professed. It comes from our continued focus on shared values, mutual respect, and a deep commitment to excellence in everything we do.”

The Precis culture continues to thrive with a balance of hard work, professional growth, and community connection. As the firm expands its team and service offerings, employees remain engaged through impactful projects, mentorship opportunities, and meaningful collaboration. Professional development is woven into the company’s foundation, with a strong emphasis on leadership pathways, industry involvement, and continuous learning.

Over the past year, several team members have advanced into new leadership roles, and the firm has welcomed a record number of co-ops and interns into full-time positions. From softball games and volunteer outings to company-wide celebrations and industry events, Precis continues to invest in meaningful ways to bring people together, both inside and outside the office. Some of our favorite recent events include participating in the Greater Philadelphia Architects Softball League, an Eagles-themed Super Bowl party, and gathering for our annual company summer barbeque. Events such as Engineers Week, National Intern Day, and Women in Construction Day are celebrated with all-office breakfasts and lunches.

At Precis, being a great place to work means more than just perks, it means building a culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work. We’re proud to be named a 2025 Best Place to Work, and even prouder that the recognition comes from the voices of our own team.
