This year’s list honors 90 organizations across the region for exceptional workplace cultures, based entirely on employee feedback collected through a third-party survey administered by Quantum Workplace. The survey evaluates key aspects of company culture, including communication, trust in leadership, employee engagement, and benefits. This marks the fifth time Precis has received the Best Place to Work distinction – an honor that reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to cultivating a positive, people-centered workplace.

Over the past year, several team members have advanced into new leadership roles, and the firm has welcomed a record number of co-ops and interns into full-time positions.
