Precis Promotes Amanda Jones, PE, to Director – Project Management

Precis is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Jones, PE, to Director – Project Management.

As Director of Project Management, Jones will expand her efforts to oversight of project management operations including project execution, financial performance, project quality control, and personnel development. A mechanical engineer and project manager for more than 15 years, Amanda has led and worked on projects during all phases, from field investigation, lab programming, and conceptual design through construction and commissioning. She has managed numerous substantial projects at Precis, including recent design of a large building addition for new vial and syringe filling.

Jones joined Precis in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager responsible for managing Precis projects within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, including pharmaceutical labs, packaging facilities, GMP warehouses and manufacturing facilities, vivariums, data centers, and research facilities. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College, an M.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University, and membership in the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). She resides with her family in Upper Gwynedd, Pa.
