Precis Commissioning has launched as an independent, woman-owned partner of Precis. Founded by former Precis Engineering leader Kari Anne Donovan, PE, CxA, the new company provides comprehensive building commissioning services.

Donovan was hired as one of the first employees of Precis Engineering. She rose from project manager to part of the principal leadership team. Her continued focus on integrated building commissioning and desire to serve a broad clientele encouraged her transition to ownership.
