Arbutus Biopharma Lab Renovation Awarded ABC Construction Excellence Award

The Arbutus Biopharma Lab Renovation was awarded the Restoration/Renovation Under $10 Million Construction Excellence Award, presented by the Associated Builders and Contractors Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter.

The design-build team consisted of Precis Engineering, JacobsWyper Architects, Mainstay Engineering, and Norwood Construction along with Precis Commissioning, which performed commissioning. Together, the team delivered the 30,0000-sf renovation project including 15,000 sf of office space and 15,000 sf of R&D laboratories. The project was finished under budget and on schedule. The client is thrilled with the results.
