We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Crozier, PE, LEED AP BD+C, CEM to Project Executive. In this role, Crozier will continue to lead projects while expanding his focus to portfolio management, business strategy, and client development – strengthening relationships with existing customers and cultivating new opportunities.

Crozier brings more than 25 years of technical engineering and project management experience to his new role. He has extensive expertise in the design and construction of complex mechanical systems for pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, vivariums, laboratories, and commercial buildings. He primarily focuses on HVAC and central mechanical utility systems, with specialized skills in the design and selection of high-pressure steam systems, master planning, and energy studies. In addition to managing projects, Crozier has overseen budgets, driven technical development, and delivered innovative, energy-efficient mechanical solutions for clients.
Crozier holds both a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), for which he previously served as Philadelphia Chapter President, Association of Medical Facility Professionals (AMFP), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), and the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE).
His promotion strengthens Precis’ ability to deliver integrated engineering and architecture solutions that support the complex needs of life sciences, healthcare, and mission-critical clients.
