In its Best of 2013 Spotlight issue published 28 March 2014, Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal recognized the Morphotek Pilot Plant as #1 Favorite/Most Unique Engineering Project of 2013 and also cited it as the #1 Best Green Project of the year in the New Projects/LEED Gold category.
The Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s Best of 2013 Spotlight is a juried competition of submissions and nominations from the publication’s readership.
The Morphotek Pilot Plant is a new $80 million, 60,000-square-foot pharmaceutical manufacturing plant designed with Arcus Design Group Architects and built by HSC Builders & Construction Managers.
The LEED Gold certified project was also recognized as the 2013 ISPE Facility of the Year Award Sustainability category winner.
