Steve Buxton

Steve Buxton leads specialty assignments with the perspective of 30+ years of pharmaceutical engineering and capital projects experience on both the consulting and client sides of the business. He leverages his dual owner-consultant background to provide project management and design review of cGMP facilities. Steve has worked on all project phases, from concept development, design, and programming through construction, commissioning, qualification, and operations. He also served as a subject matter leader in HVAC and environmental conditions and in global engineering, reliability, and quality excellence roles.

In addition to Steve’s extensive knowledge of strategic and infrastructure capital planning and execution best practices, he is an excellent listener and teammate. He acts decisively based on the opinions and expertise of those around him.

Steve is married with two children still at home and one (to Steve’s relief) married and out of the house. In his free time, he serves as a youth small group leader in his church and also coaches basketball. Steve grew up fishing and crabbing on the Chesapeake Bay and still enjoys getting out on the water or anywhere else outdoors. A fan of all kinds of music, you can turn up the Peter Gabriel or Motown to get him to sing along.
