- “I've worked for a lot of other firms over my career and the culture here is better than anywhere else. It’s a culture of respect and collaboration.”
Mike Brodsky leads cGMP process architecture projects, oversees design staff, and supports the team’s professional development with his strong technical skills and expertise. He has 35+ years of experience in all facets of architectural design, construction documentation, and management for pharmaceutical, institutional, and industrial clients, and has completed hundreds of life science projects across the U.S.
Mike mentors his Precis coworkers on cGMP best practices and can quickly point someone to the correct code or resource. He has been instrumental in shaping the next level of Precis process architecture leaders as he encourages younger staff to increase their responsibilities and take ownership – and pride – in meeting the demands of these highly regulated and complex projects.
Mike is married with three adult children and two grandchildren. When he was in high school, his guidance counselor talked him out of pursuing his interests in cartooning and writing. But those interests never left. Today, he’s a published author of the science fiction novel, The Cycle 8, about aliens in Sea Isle City, N.J., with a sequel on the way. He also keeps his colored pencils sharpened to regularly draw and sketch.
