Jim Moule

Jim Moule brings 33+ years of technical recruiting experience to his role leading talent acquisition. He serves on the Precis business operations team and leads all recruitment, staffing, and staff development. Jim serves as the point person for regional colleges and universities, and for the student interns and co-ops who work for the firm. He can alternately be found attending career fairs, scouring LinkedIn for candidates, and guiding staff members in their professional development.

Armed with a sense of humor – he’s always trying to make you laugh – and a directness that puts people at ease, Jim has played an instrumental part in reinforcing the Precis culture and shaping a grow-your-own mentality. Senior leaders appreciate his keen ability to identify talented individuals. His infectious enthusiasm for mentoring and training younger staff means even interns who explore other firms often return to Precis.

Proud of his Northeast Philly Irish Catholic upbringing and his very close-knit family, Jim enjoys spending time with his parents and two married sisters. In his free time, he plays in a shuffleboard league with his father. And he rarely passes up an opportunity to toast Precis success with an old fashioned and a cigar.
