Jaime Leite provides executive project management oversight, ensuring the scope, cost, schedule, and quality are maintained on every assignment. He is also an integral part of Precis marketing and business development, supporting client relationships and maintaining an industry presence. Jaime has 30+ years of engineering design, specification, and construction management experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, and corporate environments. His HVAC engineering responsibilities have included design of air, hydronic, steam, and building automation system controls, and he has overseen master plans, energy and life-cycle cost analyses, and code compliance, all while helping clients mitigate risk and achieve their business goals.
Jaime has a knack for improving project management processes and inspiring people to be their best, especially under pressure. He reinforces positive client and team interactions with advanced problem-solving. He also regularly mentors junior engineers and aims to be a leader who encourages and unifies teams.
Jaime is married with two teenage sons. He’s a big fan of Formula 1 racing who also enjoys exercise, running, biking, and traveling around the world with his family.
