Deirdre Garcia

Deirdre Garcia joined Precis in 2023 to direct business development efforts. She is an accomplished senior sales executive with 40+ years of experience on the vendor, subcontractor, construction manager, and A/E sides of the business. Deirdre began her career representing manufacturing leaders of laboratory casework, equipment, and fume hoods, and evolved to business development for some of the region’s largest construction management companies catering to the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, and higher education markets.

A skilled relationship cultivator and team builder, Deirdre previously collaborated with both Precis and Arcus and readily accepted the opportunity to leverage her connections to help the combined firm grow. She can clearly articulate the sense of cooperation she experienced as a former partner. Clients and colleagues alike have come to rely on Deirdre’s deep industry knowledge and commitment to honesty, integrity, and service.

Married with three daughters and a grandson, Deirdre loves hiking, biking, reading and traveling.
