Dave Bock

Dave Bock leads the Precis North Carolina project management team, collaborating seamlessly with the Pennsylvania office while supporting regional growth. He joined Precis as a project manager and senior mechanical engineer in 2019 before being promoted to director in 2024. In 15+ years of engineering and project management experience, Dave has designed and overseen construction of laboratories, higher education facilities, and both mission-critical and commercial mechanical systems.

Always a person who enjoys making and maintaining relationships, Dave has proudly turned many clients into friends. His easy communication, interdisciplinary team cooperation, and construction management acumen result in efficient and effective projects. In the office, he fosters a laid-back environment where the serious business of work never feels stressful and leaves his coworkers feeling like family.

Dave is married with three elementary-aged kids, so his free time is primarily spent chauffeuring to sports and dance. He’s played golf since the age of four and enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and traveling. Despite growing up a Flyers fan in the Philadelphia suburbs, Dave and his family now attend games and root for the Carolina Hurricanes.
