Bernie Carroll provides project and client oversight and helps guide the Precis team of project managers. As one of the firm’s first project executives, Bernie has also collaborated with the business development team to develop standards for proposals. He has 30+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, managing projects from both the consulting and owner sides of the business. A former vice president of engineering for a pharmaceutical client, Bernie has led projects for all stages of development, from capital funding concepts through design, construction, and qualification.
Bernie’s comprehensive background has equipped him with resourcefulness and confidence to make decisions and effectively lead projects to successful outcomes. He prefers to hear information directly, listen to both sides of any discussion, and act with fairness and careful methodology.
Bernie and his wife share five adult children and two grandchildren. The couple regularly travels around the world and across the U.S., and they try to see a game at a different college football stadium each year. Bernie also enjoys cooking and plays tennis and golf. He previously volunteered for over a decade on his township’s emergency management committee.
