Dow Chemical Ascend Project was announced as best Design Build Project at the GBCA 18th annual Construction Excellence Awards. The project consisted of Facility Relocation of The Dow Chemical Company Spring House Technical Center to approximately 803,000 SF of leased lab/office/pilot plant/mechanical/receiving space located in Collegeville, PA Pfizer facility.

Precis Engineering was the lead design professional for this multi-phased, multi-year project which began with a design-build approach to accommodate an aggressive early phase schedule.
