The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience designing and implementing clean utility systems (WFI, purified water systems, clean steam, clean gasses) and CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) systems for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or chemical facilities. This is a strategic leadership role within the Process Engineering department, responsible for growing and managing the process utilities team, leading project efforts, developing business, and representing the discipline both technically and operationally. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a strong entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the long-term direction and success of the group.
