Project Executive

Jeff Crozier brings over 25 years of engineering and project management experience to his role as a project executive. He enjoys being involved with technically challenging assignments and working with clients and contractors to ensure successful project execution. In addition to leading work across all Precis disciplines and mentoring younger project management staff, Jeff oversees client portfolios, strategizing how best to meet client needs, understand their future workloads, and plan for ideal growth.

Jeff began his career working with a mechanical contractor and maintains strong respect for construction teammates. He likes to collaborate with contractors, understand their perspectives, and invite dialogue to learn about better or easier approaches. This open-minded leadership has served Jeff well as past president and advanced class coordinator for the ASHRAE Philadelphia Chapter and as a past faculty member in the architectural engineering department at Drexel University. He also contributed to the ASHRAE HVAC Design Manual for Hospitals and Clinics.

A married father of three – two in college and one in high school – Jeff is a longtime scout leader and volunteer with the Travis Manion Foundation, which supports veterans and families of the fallen. He serves on the foundation’s Doylestown Race Committee, and the entire Crozier family volunteers for the Doylestown Heroes Run. In his free time, Jeff enjoys rucking – walking with a weighted pack – and spending time with his family.
