Precis Engineering, Inc. was founded in 2005 by partners Larry Gadbois, PE, and Robert Dick, PE. The two were committed to providing strategically sensitive and technically complex engineering services with an emphasis on project leadership. They were joined by partner Vincent O’Brien, PE, in 2007. All three are industry leaders in clean, compliant facility design and facility/campus utility infrastructure planning. Their principal-level project leadership and hands-on technical expertise guide every Precis project.

The firm has grown to include a staff of 30 engineers offering a range of diverse and highly complex skills. The Precis Engineering team provides mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire, life safety, and process automation engineering for technically-demanding clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, university, utility, and research & development markets. Our emphasis is on process- and mission-critical systems and utilities where functionality within specific parameters isn’t just a guideline – it’s a requirement.
